CPP/OPP/PE Casting Film Extrusion Line

This line consists extruder, die, roller calander, cooling roller, winder. It can produce the single-layer and multi-layer cast film with the Max. Width of 3000mm and the thickness of 0.02 mm to 0.2mm or above.

The advantages of Chill Roll in cast film production render a wider application due to the following film properties:
- High transparent and outstanding
- Film stiffness and hardness offer an easy mechanic process.
- Specific embossed patterns for stationery and sanitation films.
- Adhesive on single or double side(s) for protective films.
- Barrier property of multi-layers coextruded film.
