5. The advantage of equipment
A) The parallel twin screw extruder is used to mix the wood and plastic, and get good homogeneous melt, to use single screw extruder as the second stage to build the pressure to extrude the final product. It use both advantage of single screw and parallel twin screw extruder.
B) Wood fiber can be 70-85% in the WPC product due to the good mixing effect. So the cost of WPC product is low.
C) For step nature and vacuum exhausting to get good exhausting and dehumidifying effect. If the nature fiver has the moisture less than 10%, the dryer is not needed. It save investment and energy. The WPC product cost is low.
D) The material and screw is made from special alloy, so the service life is longer than other equipment
E) This is one step WPC technology. The granules producing is not need. Save energy.
F) The parallel twin screw extruder is of building block structure, so it can produce variety of plastic through adjusting and screw.
